Our axial thermal conductivity is 130W/m·K, and with the special wall thickness design (adjustable from 5-20mm), the temperature distribution uniformity in the container reaches ±3℃.
Excellent thermal shock stability
The thermal shock resistance of our products reaches ΔT 800℃ (water cooling test), which is 3 times higher than that of ordinary graphite products. In the rapid heating and cooling process (maximum 50℃/s), there is no risk of cracking, which is particularly suitable for the directional solidification process of photovoltaic silicon ingots.
Customized structure
Our products support customization of 50-500mm inner diameter specifications, with a wall thickness tolerance of ±0.1mm. The unique multi-layer structure design increases the overall strength by 40%, and can carry up to 150kg of molten material without deformation.
