Our axial thermal conductivity reaches 110W/m·K, and with the honeycomb heat dissipation structure design, the temperature difference on the wafer surface can be controlled within ±3℃.
Excellent mechanical strength
The compressive strength of high-density graphite can reach ≥60 MPa, which ensures lightweight while having sufficient rigidity and strength to stably clamp various workpieces.
