Excellent high temperature resistance
Our products are made of high-purity isostatic graphite (purity ≥ 99.95%), which can withstand 3000℃ in an inert gas environment and a stable working temperature of 450℃ in an oxidizing environment.
Excellent chemical stability
The graphite crystal structure is dense (density 1.78-1.85g/cm³), and the porosity is <3% after special treatment, which can resist corrosion from strong acids (such as HF), strong alkalis and organic solvents.
Precision machining performance
The Graphite Components are processed by five-axis CNC, with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.005mm and a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm.
