Excellent temperature resistance
The Graphite Mold is made of 99.9% high-purity graphite material, which can withstand high temperatures of 1600℃ for a long time and 2000℃ for a short time.
Excellent thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of our products is 120-150W/(m·K), which is three times that of steel. It can achieve fast and uniform heating/cooling, shorten the molding cycle by 20-30%, and improve production efficiency.
Excellent thermal shock resistance
The thermal expansion coefficient of our products is only 4.5×10⁻⁶/℃ (room temperature to 1000℃), and it can withstand more than 300 thermal cycles under rapid cooling and heating conditions (such as glass die casting), while metal molds usually crack after 50-80 times.
Chemical corrosion resistance
The inert properties of graphite make it resistant to corrosion by most molten metals, glass and salts. It is particularly suitable for continuous casting of active metals such as aluminum alloys and copper alloys to avoid mold contamination of castings.
