High surface finish
Graphite has self-lubricating properties and controllable microstructure. After high-precision processing, the surface roughness can be controlled at Ra ≤ 1.6 μm.
Customizable
The Graphite Crystallizer can be customized according to customer drawings or specific process requirements, including square, round, hollow tube, composite section and other structural forms.
Strong thermal stability
Our products can work continuously at 700–1100℃, with a thermal expansion coefficient of about 4–6×10⁻⁶/°C, and will not undergo significant dimensional changes even in alternating hot and cold environments.
