On the afternoon and evening of September 22, 2026, Beijing North Xin Yuan Technology Co., Ltd. successfully organized its 7th Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day celebration for all employees under the theme "Affection fills the Mid-Autumn Festival as we talk of reunion; joyfully welcome National Day as we gather with one heart."
The event aimed to further promote traditional Chinese culture, allow every staff member to genuinely feel the company's humanistic care and collective warmth, enhance communication among colleagues, narrow interpersonal distances, foster a united, harmonious and positive team atmosphere, deepen emotional bonds between employees and the company under the guidance of national and family reunion and shared purpose, strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging, inspire all staff to work with passion, and unite efforts to drive the company's high-quality development.
All employees gathered punctually at the small plaza at 14:00 to take part in outdoor activities: a tug-of-war competition was held from 14:00 to 15:00, followed by small games and a fishing session from 15:30 to 16:30; between 17:00 and 18:00 the Mid-Autumn evening party took place featuring the presentation of awards for the sports competitions, after which all staff proceeded to a family-style banquet on the third floor at 18:00. The evening party followed a clear program in which all employees entered the venue on the third floor promptly at 17:00, the hosts delivered opening remarks and invited company leaders to speak, the event opened with the company song, sports competition awards were presented, the hosts announced the conclusion of the party, and everyone then enjoyed dinner together.
Combining outdoor team-building games with an indoor Mid-Autumn gathering and banquet, the celebration successfully created a warm, joyful atmosphere of reunion and unity, with employees actively participating and further strengthening team spirit and their sense of belonging to the company.
