The Diamond Sintering Mold adopt polycrystalline diamond (PCD) or cubic boron nitride (CBN) sintering process, and the hardness can reach above HV9000, which is 4-6 times higher than traditional carbide molds (HV1500-2000).
Excellent thermal stability
The thermal conductivity of diamond is as high as 2000W/m·K, which can quickly and evenly conduct high temperature during sintering and avoid deformation caused by local overheating.
Extremely low friction coefficient
The friction coefficient of diamond surface is less than 0.1, which is much lower than that of metal molds (0.3-0.6), effectively reducing material adhesion and making demolding smoother.
