1. The impregnation container should be prepared according to the standards and standards of graphite products. The impregnation tank is not bound by materials, but materials with acid corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, no liquid penetration, certain hardness (graphite powder) and good durability should be selected.
2. According to the tank standard and the graphite part to be treated, pour a certain amount of antioxidant impregnating agent YH01. The impregnating agent is generally less than 10cm of the graphite part.
3. At room temperature, graphite products are soaked in impregnating agent for about half an hour.
4. Place the impregnated graphite in a well-ventilated local area, which is naturally monotonous and dust-free for about two to three days.
5. Assuming that the number of graphite products to be treated is small, you can choose to use the method of brushing to modify (graphite powder), that is, use graphite antioxidant YH01 to evenly brush the surface of graphite products 2~3 times. After each painting, after all, a layer of coating should be monotonous before painting. After brushing, it is able to be naturally sun-dried at room temperature for two to three days.

The antioxidant of graphite products is mainly composed of polycrystalline graphite. Graphite is a layered crystal with a hexagonal planar grid between carbon atoms. Although graphite is classified as an inorganic non-metallic material, it is called a semi-metal due to its excellent thermal conductivity. Graphite has a higher thermal conductivity, a lower thermal expansion coefficient and higher chemical stability than some metals, and has important engineering value. Graphite is a chemical in non-oxidizing media and has excellent corrosion resistance. Except for strong acids and strong oxidizing media, graphite is not corroded by other acids and alkalis, and does not react with any organic compounds. As a result, graphite products can act as antioxidants.
