Compared with metallic and other ceramic materials, high-purity graphite products have unique properties and can be used in a variety of industries, including semiconductors. In particular, our high purity graphite materials contain less than 3ppm of ash and are widely used in heaters and crucibles for drawing single crystal silicon and ships for liquid phase epitaxial growth in semiconductor manufacturing processes. In addition, graphite product suppliers are globally renowned as receptors for epitaxial growth and other fixtures.

The global solar photovoltaic industry has an average annual growth rate of 40%, and China accounts for 70% of the world, making it a global solar photovoltaic industry country. In 2011, the industry consumed more than 23,000 tons of high-grade graphite materials, and it is expected that the demand for high-purity graphite materials in the photovoltaic industry's monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon will grow at a rate of 20% to 25% per year in the future. At present, China's graphite industry is still at a low level in the world. The products are mainly raw materials and primary processing products. The impurities in the products are high, which limits fewer applications.
