Wide temperature range
The Graphite Heating Plate can operate continuously at 2200℃ in vacuum or inert atmosphere, and can be used at up to 600–800℃ in air environment (depending on whether the anti-oxidation layer is applied). This temperature range is suitable for high-temperature heat treatment processes such as single crystal silicon growth, metal sintering, and quartz annealing.
High thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of our heating plate is as high as 100–120 W/m·K, which is significantly higher than that of ordinary carbon materials, effectively ensuring uniform temperature distribution on the heating surface and reducing local overheating.
Stable resistivity
The resistivity of our products is stable at 8–13 μΩ·m, with a low resistance temperature coefficient, which does not fluctuate significantly over time, and is suitable for precision power management in closed-loop control systems.
High-precision processing
All graphite heating plates are processed by CNC equipment, with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.05 mm and surface flatness meeting industrial thermal field requirements.
